  • Find accommodation for folks as they become less able to manage living in their own homes.
  • Recommend the level of care which can be accommodated by a person’s financial resources.
  • Help strike a balance between the level of care a person requires and his or her need to stay within reach of his or her community and network of friends and social activities.
  • Process medical insurance claims with private companies and out-of-province and out-of-country claims with Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec.
